Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Banquet Associate to join our team at Hotel Centre Point. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events and banquet services.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure excellent customer service.
Assist in planning and organizing events, such as weddings and conferences.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with event management software and technology is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
