Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Banquet Associate to join our team at Hotel Centre Point. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events and banquet services.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, such as weddings and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with event management software and technology is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
