Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Partner Service Desk Digital Agency team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital agency services and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with external partners to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
