Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts to increase revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in client servicing or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
