To provide necessary support and guidance to the Grass root CBID program personnel and ensure smooth functioning of day to day activities in line with the annual POA. 7. Link with Network Hospitals, PHCs, Doctors and referral centres to promote rehabilitation services. 8. Coordinate with Program coordinator for periodical update of data base. Accountable for periodic reporting (monthly, half yearly) and process of documentation. 9.To support in getting all the quality assurance and feedback forms as introduced by the unit are filled in and internal audit done as per the plan. 10. Accountable for Rehabilitation Programme planning, implementing and monitoring and evaluating process. 11. Supporting Disabled Peoples Organization in raising awareness of Disability issues generally and Priority Assistive Technology.
