Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual insurance sales targets through bank channels.
  • Generate leads from bank customer walk-ins, databases, and relationship managers.
  • Cross-sell life, health, and general insurance products to existing bank customers.

2. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong and effective relationships with branch managers, staff, and bank leadership.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to ensure steady business flow.
  • Provide product training and support to bank employees to improve referral business.

3. Customer Service

  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Assist customers with policy issuance, documentation, and queries.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.

4. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure sales practices are compliant with regulatory guidelines (IRDAI or local equivalent).
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports and track performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, KYC, and policy records.
