Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the partner bank’s branch staff, operations team and branch management – act as the linking point for LIFE in the bank.
Promote LIFE’s product portfolio (protection plans, savings & investment linked plans, pension plans etc) among the bank’s customer base and identified leads.
Train, coach and motivate the bank’s branch staff (and possibly bank’s internal referral team) on life insurance products, processes, policy issuance, servicing and claim guidance.
Generate quality leads via bank branch interactions, referral mechanisms, banker trainings, campaigns, tie-ups with bank products (e.g., savings account opening, fixed deposits, loans) and follow up for conversion.
