About the Role


Background Verification Specialist


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct verifications,

    including but not limited to

    :

    Database, employment, education, and international checks

  • Prepare clear and accurate

    verification reports

  • Maintain and update records throughout the verification process
  • Follow up on pending verifications to ensure timely closures
  • Coordinate professionally with clients, third parties, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy standards


Education & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
