The Screening Specialist will be tasked with performing employment background screening services (education & employment verification). This involves utilizing a range of research methodologies and tools, leveraging calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

** Comprehensive training related to the job will be provided to ensure that candidate acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to the team.

Essential Job Duties:

• Conduct verification checks (education, employment, reference, etc.) via phone, or email.
• Analyze data, perform quality checks, and update MIS in real-time.
• Draft reports and coordinate with the client team.
• Maintain source relationships to support leads.
• Support process improvements and take initiative on projects.

Education & Qualification Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
