Job Description

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain backend services & APIs; Collaborate with frontend teams for integration; Optimize performance, scalability, reliability; Participate in code reviews, mentor, share knowledge; Troubleshoot production issues & support; Contribute to architectural decisions 6+ years in backend systems, with exposure to frontend integration; Strong in one or more backend languages (Java, Python, Go, Node, C# etc.); Experience with REST / GraphQL / RPC; Database (relational + NoSQL), data modeling, indexing; Caching, message queues, event-driven architectures; Containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes); Familiar with CI/CD, automated testing, logging, monitoring; Security, authentication, authorization, encryption; Good problem solving, communication, teamwork
