Are you organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in administrative tasks? We are seeking a skilled Back Office Executive to join our team. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform data entry, processing, and management of various documents and records.
2. Maintain daily attendance, monthly attendance, leave etc..Record & update time to time.
3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate workflow.
4. Maintain and update databases accurately and timely.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
6. Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
7. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and mail.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Follow up on outstanding on regular basis.
10. Basic familiarity with accounting, invoicing, purchase, etc..
11. Support other team members and managers with administrative tasks as needed.
12. Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings, appointments, and corporate events.
13. Assisting in day to day administrative tasks.
14-Create, curate, and post engaging content on the company's social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting and audience engagement.
Monitor social media analytics to assess performance and adjust strategy as needed.
Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with company goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience (1+ years) in office administration or a related role.
Proficiency with social media platforms and basic knowledge of social media marketing.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design or video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
