The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or residential cleaning, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently. 2. Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies. 3. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols. 4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required. 6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
