Job Description  Company Name: Vinayak Electrical Address: KBM Compound, I-11(K-14), Marol Maroshi Road, near Rainbow International, Ashok Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072 Job Title: Office Executive / Back Office Assistant Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Executive / Back Office Assistant to manage office administration, data entry, filing, and documentation tasks. The role requires attention to detail, computer proficiency, and a positive attitude toward learning and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: 1.     Administrative & Documentation: • Maintain physical and digital filing systems for all office documents. • Prepare and type letters, quotations, reports, and other correspondence in MS Word. • Handle documentation for clients, suppliers, and internal departments. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all records. 2.     Data Entry & Record Maintenance: • Enter and update data accurately in Excel spreadsheets and company systems. • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock and sales records. • Conduct periodic stock counting and reconcile discrepancies. • Prepare data summaries and reports for management. 3.     Design & Coordination Support: • Work on CorelDRAW for creating labels, layouts, or small design work (training will be provided if needed). • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for documentation and updates. • Support other departments with printing, scanning, and record-related tasks.   4.     Office Operations: • Maintain records of office supplies, stationery, and inventory. • Assist management in day-to-day operational and administrative activities. • Keep workspace and files well-organized. • Handle any other responsibilities assigned by management. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate in any stream. • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and basic computer operations. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW (training will be provided if not known). • Prior experience in office or back-office work preferred. • Ability to multitask and work independently. Personal Attributes:• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined. • Willing to learn and take initiative. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Cooperative and team-oriented. Working Details:• Location:  Marol - Andheri East, Mumbai • Working Days: Monday to Saturday • Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM • Reporting To: Office Manager / HR
