Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day back office operations, documentation, and data entry. • Maintain and update inventory records, stock levels, purchase entries, and dispatch details. • Coordinate with vendors, warehouse staff, and internal departments for stock movement. • Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and related documents. • Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock, sales, and inventory consumption. • Assist in order processing, billing, and follow-up activities. • Use computer applications (Excel, Word, ERP/Inventory software) efficiently. • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth workflow. • Identify discrepancies in stock and report them promptly. ⸻ Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, emails, data management). • Practical experience in inventory management and stock handling. • Good communication and coordination abilities. • Attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management. • Ability to work independently and support multiple departments. ⸻ Qualification (Optional): • Any Graduate / Diploma • Experience in back office, admin, or inventory roles preferred
