Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Reports To: HR Manager/Director Salary: 20,000 To 30,000 Education required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. - Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies that align with client needs and market trends. - Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform business strategies. - Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client communication. - Handle client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and manage all aspects of the sales cycle. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite. - Knowledge of the [industry] market is a plus.
