Position: Web Developer

Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

Salary: ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 20,000 per month (Based on performance and experience) Shift: Day-Time. [ 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday TO Saturday ]

Job Responsibilities:

● Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient websites and web applications.

● Work with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate design mockups and feature requests into functional, responsive, and user-friendly web pages.

● Conduct regular testing and debugging to optimize website performance, speed, and scalability across various devices and browsers.

● Ensure web applications are secure by adhering to data protection and security guidelines.

● Keep up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools and best practices to improve development efficiency.

● Maintain a clean, organized codebase using version control systems like Git and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ● 1+ years of experience in web development with a strong portfolio of web applications. ● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

● Experience with server-side languages and frameworks like Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or PHP.

● Knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases.

● Familiarity with Git and collaborative coding practices.

● Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).

● Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● SEO and accessibility knowledge.

● Prior experience with e-commerce, content management systems, or API integrations.
