Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities across industries.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.

Product Promotion & Demonstration

  • Present and demonstrate the CRM system to prospects via meetings, calls, or online demos.
  • Clearly communicate product value, features, and ROI to potential customers.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client onboarding and support coordination.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Suggest improvements to the sales process, product features, and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or CRM solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus.
