Job Description

Position: Back Office Executive

Industry: Courier & Logistics

Location: Eloor

Salary: 12K-15K

Experience: 0–2 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update and maintain data in Excel sheets accurately.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
  • Manage office documentation, filing and record maintenance.
  • Handle basic data analysis using Excel formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for collecting data and information.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks.

Required Skills

  • Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, Formatting.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of courier/parcel tracking is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
