Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Marketing/Digital Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Kalamassery. The ideal candidate will manage both traditional and digital marketing initiatives, drive brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies (offline & online) to achieve company objectives.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Handle Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Coordinate promotional events, campaigns, and brand-building activities.
• Manage content creation for social media, website, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (minimum [X] years) in marketing & digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics, and online advertising.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, analytical, and able to work independently.
• Ability to balance both field marketing and digital tasks effectively.
