Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Back Office Executive. In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of the office and provide critical support to various departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support, ensuring smooth and effective office functioning.
  • Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update files, ensuring all documents are handled with confidentiality and in compliance with company standards.
  • Communication: Draft, proofread, and send internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports. Serve as a point of contact for general inquiries.
  • Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Reporting & Filing: Assist in preparing and maintaining regular reports, updating filing systems, and ensuring all information is accurate and readily accessible.
  • Supply Management: Oversee office inventory and supplies, placing orders and managing stock levels to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Client Liaison: Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that their needs are met efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a back-office or administrative role.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Education: High school diploma required; additional certifications or qualifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Swargate, Pune - 411009, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
