Job Summary:We are looking for a female back office executive to manage essential administrative and operational tasks including computer operations, stock management, billing, filing, and inward/outward document handling. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computer-based work and basic calling. Key Responsibilities:Perform daily computer operations and data entry Manage stock records (inward and outward) and inventory tracking Generate and process bills/invoices accurately Handle filing and proper documentation of physical and digital records Maintain inward and outward register for goods and documents Make and receive calls related to follow-ups, coordination, or customer/vendor communication Assist in maintaining records and internal reporting Coordinate with other departments or vendors as required Requirements:Gender: Female Only Basic to intermediate computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling) Familiarity with billing software or ability to learn quickly Good communication skills (for basic calling tasks) Ability to manage stock and inventory records Well-organized and detail-oriented Punctual and reliable Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
