Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated, physically fit, and technically skilled Factory Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, responsible, and capable of handling machines, tools, and production tasks with precision and care. Key Responsibilities:Operate machinery and production line equipment efficiently and safely Perform technical tasks such as assembly, calibration, or equipment maintenance Follow manufacturing guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues Maintain a clean and organized workspace Load/unload materials and handle raw materials or components Assist technicians or engineers as needed Comply with all health and safety regulations Meet daily production targets and deadlines Key Requirements:Proven experience in a factory, warehouse, or industrial setting Basic technical skills (e.g., machine operation, basic maintenance, tool handling) Physically strong and able to stand, lift, or move heavy objects Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable Ability to read technical manuals or instructions Basic understanding of safety standards Team player with good communication skills High school diploma or vocational training preferred Preferred Qualifications:Certification or training in mechanical or technical fields Experience in operating CNC machines, welding, or electrical work is a plus Forklift license or other relevant certifications
