Event Details Date: Saturday, 14th June Time: 10:00 AM onwards Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4-6 years What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and backend development frameworks Solid understanding of data structures , algorithms , and system design Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code Good grasp of database management (SQL/NoSQL) Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging skills Experience working in cross-functional teams (frontend, design, product) Familiarity with version control tools like Git Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs Collaborate with frontend and product teams to define and deliver product features Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability Maintain high code quality through reviews, tests, and documentation Implement security and data protection best practices Contribute to backend architecture decisions and process improvements Why Join Novatr?
