Job Title: G2B Sales (Global Guaranted Buyer- Sales) Location: Okhla, Phase-1 Department: Sales Reports To: VP-Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven G2B Sales Consultant to join our team in the import and export industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in a highly competitive market. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of global trade regulations, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to our B2B clients. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and target potential B2B clients, generate leads, and expand the company’s client base. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and propose customized import/export solutions. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability. Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the import/export or logistics industry. Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English and Hindi Languages + other local is added Advantages. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of global markets and cross-border trade practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with sales reporting and data-driven decision-making. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
