Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential areas for growth. Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our products/services and generating leads. Follow-up on leads and maintain an organized database for effective lead management. B2B & B2C & Web Portal Handling: Manage both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) relationships. Oversee the handling of our web portal, ensuring efficient operations and timely responses to inquiries. Communication (Online & Paper): Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams through various channels. Prepare and handle online and paper-based documentation, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Miscellaneous Office Chores: Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Provide support in coordinating meetings, organizing files, and managing office supplies. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum age: 30 years. Minimum Experience Required: 10+ years Graduation is a minimum educational requirement. Desired qualities include being alert, attentive, aware, punctual, polite, positive, sincere, and responsible. Fluency in English speaking, reading, writing, and typing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and web platforms. Previous experience in online and tele marketing, database management, lead generation, and cold calling will be preferred.
