B2B Sales Manager

As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our business-to-business sales initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing the entire sales process, cultivating important client relationships, and boosting revenue through effective leadership and innovative client acquisition strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing B2B sales strategies that align with our company's objectives, identifying and closing new business opportunities with corporate clients, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and fostering strong connections with key stakeholders. In addition, you will collaborate with various departments like marketing, product, and operations to ensure client satisfaction, mentor the sales team to achieve and surpass performance goals, monitor sales metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA would be advantageous), along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. You must have a solid understanding of B2B sales processes, client acquisition, and account management, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and the MS Office Suite, and the ability to work autonomously, juggle multiple priorities, and base decisions on data. Furthermore, experience in a specific sector like SaaS, IT, logistics, or industrial equipment would be beneficial. Staying updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market shifts is also crucial to your success. You will also represent the company at various networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to further business opportunities and enhance brand visibility.,
