Job Responsibilities


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and target potential clients in the HORECA

    and architectural sectors.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with hotel procurement teams, architects, and interior designers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.


Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.


Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal departments such as product development, marketing, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts and promotional activities tailored to the hotel and design industry.


Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

  • Creativity & Initiative: Demonstrate creativity & originality in their work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward.
  • Being the face of Laxree in the market and standing up for the values we believe in


Key Qualifications Required


  • 5 years B2B Sales Experience
  • 3 Years Experience in HORECA in Sales
  • 3 Years Experience with Interior Designers & Architects, Building Materials under Sales
