Role Overview

B2B Sales Intern

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, technology, and understanding business problems.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Research

  • Identify potential enterprise clients across D2C, retail, FMCG, and e-commerce sectors
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, Heads of E-commerce)
  • Build segmented lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and industry directories


Outbound & Sales Development

  • Write and send outreach messages (email, LinkedIn)
  • Run drip sequences and cold outreach campaigns
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule demos

  • Pipeline & CRM Support

    • Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot/Zoho)
    • Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
    • Support the founder in prepping pitch decks and proposals


    Demo & Sales Support

    • Assist during client discovery calls and product demos
    • Capture client requirements and pain points
    • Follow up with case studies, product materials, and documentation


    Coordination & Reporting

    • Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns
    • Share weekly performance and pipeline reports
    • Support events, webinars, and partner activities


    What You’ll Learn

    • B2B SaaS sales playbooks and GTM processes
    • Enterprise account mapping and stakeholder management
    • How AI analytics products are sold to consumer brands
    • How to qualify, nurture, and convert sales leads
    • Handling objections and building strong prospect relationships


    Requirements

    • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)
    • Comfortable with outreach, calls, and conversations
    • Good research and analytical skills
    • Basic understanding of SaaS, e-commerce, or analytics (bonus)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-driven, disciplined, and process-oriented


    Good to Have

    • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
    • Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email tools
    • Interest in AI, analytics, or e-commerce
