Job Description

accelerate customer acquisition, improve funnel performance, and enable sales & marketing teams with data-driven automation


What you will do ?


1. Growth Engineering & Automation

  • Build low-code/no-code automations across HubSpot, CRM, email, product, and website.
  • Design & automate lead scoring, onboarding flows, and lifecycle journeys.


2. GTM Experiments & Funnel Optimization

  • Run experiments across website, landing pages, ads, product onboarding, and outreach.
  • Build funnel dashboards and analyze drop-off, activation, retention metrics.
  • Contribute to inbound & outbound GTM motions.


3. Revenue Operations (RevOps)

  • Set up attribution models, GTM dashboards, and revenue reporting.
  • Help sales teams with playbooks, workflows, and CRM hygiene.
  • Create automation-led processes to shorten sales cycles.


4. Product-Led Growth Support

  • Work with product & engineering to optimize activation and feature adoption.
  • Configure in-app nudges, walkthroughs, tooltips, and usage triggers.
  • Analyze product usage data and identify growth levers.


5. Cross-team GTM Coordination

  • Work closely with Founder to enable seamless GTM execution.
  • Ensure every campaign, experiment, and launch has clean tracking & analytics.



Who you are ?



"Hacker"

  • You speak code:

    You are proficient in

    Python

    (preferred for scripting/data) or

    JavaScript/Node.js

    .
  • You understand APIs:

    You know how to read documentation and connect two systems that weren't designed to talk to each other.
  • You are data-driven:

    You are comfortable with

    SQL

    and manipulating data in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • You are scrappy:

    You prioritize shipping fast and iterating over writing "perfect" academic code. You care about the outcome (leads/revenue), not just the output (lines of code).
  • Curious about business:

    You want to understand how B2B SaaS companies sell, market, and scale.


Bonus Points


  • Experience with web scraping tools (Scrapy, Puppeteer, Selenium).
  • Familiarity with B2B data providers (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav).
  • Experience with low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
  • Basic frontend skills (React, HTML/CSS) to spin up quick landing pages.
