Job Title: Dropshipping & E-Commerce Sales Representative (Outbound Calling & Lead Generation)

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Based on interview & skillset)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive, based in Noida and operating during the night shift. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves prospecting, client follow-ups, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams to provide customized solutions that meet client requirements and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in relationship management, customer engagement, and delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
  • Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work effectively during night shifts and in a collaborative team environment
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electrical products or industrial solutions domain, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
