About Us:

Utkarsh Global Foundation is a dedicated non-profit organization working towards animal welfare, sustainability, and social impact. We are expanding our outreach and partnerships through strategic B2B initiatives with corporate entities, NGOs, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new B2B partnership opportunities with corporates, hospitals, schools, NGOs, and other relevant institutions.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and partnership goals.

Build strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact for institutional partners.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to align B2B efforts with organizational goals and impact initiatives.

Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and regularly report on sales progress and targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the non-profit, healthcare, or social sector.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for social causes, animal welfare, and community impact.
