Job Description


  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities
    • Generate leads through market research, networking, and industrial events.
    • Target manufacturing units, OEMs, and industrial clients requiring our machines.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Understand client requirements, applications, and challenges to offer customized solutions.
  • Sales and Negotiations
    • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies.
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
    • Work closely with design, production, and service teams for project execution.
    • Coordinate for timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial machinery, automation, or manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machine applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and industrial exhibitions.
