Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive, located in Pune . The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential business clients, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales to meet the company's objectives. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting Ayurvedic wellness solutions to businesses, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.

Qualifications

• 2- 3 Years Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of market research and sales strategy development
• Background in the wellness industry, especially Ayurvedic products, is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
