B2B Sales Executive

As a B2B Sales Executive at Aruwa Interior in Durgapura, Jaipur, your role will involve identifying and generating new business opportunities in the B2B segment, such as corporates, architects, builders, contractors, and institutions. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and clients, conduct client meetings and presentations, collaborate with the design team to create customized proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. - Collaborate with the design team to create customized proposals. - Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain client databases. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, furniture, or related industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented personality. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication. - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
