From silver-plated masterpieces to glassware and dinnerware, our collections cater to modern, design-conscious consumers through retail, institutional, and bulk gifting channels.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented B2B Sales Associate to support Ekaani’s expansion in the Home Channel. This role will involve identifying new retail and interior décor partners, supporting ongoing client relationships, and assisting in growing our footprint across multi-brand outlets, concept stores, and interior design-led spaces.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Outreach & Channel Support
  • Identify and approach multi-brand retail stores, concept boutiques, and home décor outlets for partnership opportunities
  • Assist in onboarding and supporting retail clients with product catalogues, pricing, and displays
  • Lead Generation & Client Communication
  • Research potential leads in new geographies and market segments
  • Support the sales team in client interactions, product walk-throughs, and order discussions
  • Handle routine client communications and updates
  • Client Coordination & Operations
  • Track client orders and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Share product knowledge and marketing material with retail partners as needed
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining retail displays where applicable
  • Sales Reporting & Strategy Support
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales activity reports
  • Monitor retail partner performance and support the B2B manager with insights and data
  • Stay informed on competitor activity and interior décor trends


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, retail partnerships, or home décor business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with client-facing roles, travel, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with premium retail, interior design, or lifestyle products is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/CRM tools
