Outreach Associate (Tele-Calling)

As part of our ongoing efforts to engage with high-value clients—corporates, luxury planners, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)—we are looking for a persuasive and well-spoken Telecaller to support our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively call and connect with decision-makers in corporate organizations, event firms, and HNIs from provided databases and leads.
• Introduce Ekaani’s offerings in a polished and personalized manner.
• Generate interest and secure appointments/meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain a call log and update CRM with details of conversations, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategy.
• Handle basic client queries and escalate specific needs to the relevant team.
• Maintain professionalism and brand tone in all client interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or client servicing—preferably in a premium/luxury brand, hospitality, or corporate gifting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Confidence, clarity, and a polite, persuasive telephone manner.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment scheduling is a plus.
