B2B Sales Associate Jewelry & Luxury Retail

Role Overview: You will be joining Ekaani, a premier luxury home dcor and gifting brand known for its exquisite craftsmanship and curated collections. As the company expands its B2B outreach in the jewelry and luxury gifting sectors, you are sought after as a motivated B2B Sales Associate to collaborate with the B2B Sales Manager in identifying potential retail partners, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with key accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying and contacting jewelry retailers and specialty stores for potential partnerships. - Support the onboarding process for new retail accounts and manage associated documentation. - Research and compile lists of potential clients in target markets. - Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and follow-up activities. - Maintain lead tracking systems and regularly update CRM tools. - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate ongoing orders, sample deliveries, and address client inquiries. - Uphold a high level of service quality and ensure timely communication with accounts. - Assist in creating presentations, sales proposals, and order reports. - Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to contribute to strategy development. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in the luxury, jewelry, or lifestyle industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. - Willingness to travel and represent the brand at retail meetings, exhibitions, and events. - Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel is a plus.,
