Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Associate located in Pune. The B2B Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The role includes developing sales strategies, delivering presentations to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven2-3Years experience in B2B sales and business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Market research and analytical skills
• Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
