Role Overview

We are hiring a B2B Sales Associate to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role focuses on new business development, enterprise sales, and building meaningful client relationships within the IT & Edu-tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development for B2B products and services
• Identify prospects, understand requirements, and propose customized solutions
• Generate business from new, existing, and potential clients
• Build proposals, negotiate deals, close contracts, and ensure timely collections
• Cross-sell and up-sell solutions to increase client wallet share
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Convert leads from marketing channels into active clients
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for delivery and client success
• Consistently achieve revenue targets, KPIs, and sales objectives
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to post-sales support

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise / Corporate / Field Sales
• Experience in IT, SaaS, EdTech, Internet, or Job Portal industries preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to acquire new clients and manage key accounts
• Experience with both field and inside sales activities
• Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to create sales plans and execute them effectively

Qualifications

• Any UG or PG degree (any specialization)
• Experience in B2B or Enterprise sales is highly preferred
