Role Description

Full-time Hybrid B2B Sales Executive

a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in B2B sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  B2B sales calls

  to both

  Indian and international clients

  for promoting FMCG products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of prior experience

  in

  B2B Sales

  , preferably in the

  FMCG industry

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  cold calling and lead generation

  for Indian and international markets.
• Excellent

  communication, persuasion, and negotiation

  skills.
• Strong understanding of

  sales strategies, client acquisition, and account management

  .
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Marketing, or a related field

  preferred.
