Role Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist



Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta)
  • Drive SEO and SMO strategies to improve organic visibility
  • Create and manage campaign assets in collaboration with the content and design teams
  • Ensure campaigns are performance-driven with focus on CPL, CTR, and conversion rates

Customer Journey & Funnel Ownership

  • Understand and map the buyer journey for each product
  • Take ownership of landing pages — from copy and layout recommendations to A/B testing
  • Strategize lead capture forms, CTAs, and page flow to drive conversions

CRM & Lead Management

  • Manage lead capture, tagging, and nurturing within CRM (HubSpot/Zoho)
  • Track campaign-sourced leads and support MQL handover to the sales team
  • Ensure CRM data hygiene and lead pipeline visibility for reporting

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign health using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
  • Report weekly/monthly performance metrics and actionable insights
  • Continuously suggest optimizations based on data



Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in B2B or product-based IT)
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Good understanding of SEO, SMO, and landing page optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity in campaign analytics tools (GA4, UTM tracking, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate across content, design, and sales functions



Good to Have:

  • Experience in managing B2B product campaigns
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic landing page tweaks
  • Google Ads or HubSpot certifications
