🧾 Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented International Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential international clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation strategies. Your primary focus will be generating quality leads and setting appointments for our business development team.



🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients across international markets (e.g., US, UK, Australia, Canada).
  • Generate qualified B2B leads for IT software development services.
  • Perform email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups to nurture leads.
  • Schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales/business development team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and communication data.
  • Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to align lead gen strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to lead volume and conversions.


✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in international lead generation or cold calling, preferably in an IT services or SaaS company.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/CRM, and email automation platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and services like web/mobile app development is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle rejections professionally.
