Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Azure DevOps Engineer

to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure (VMs, App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, etc.).
Automate deployment and configuration processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through monitoring and alerting tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics).
Collaborate with development teams to integrate code, manage build and release processes, and troubleshoot pipeline failures.
Implement security and compliance best practices for cloud infrastructure.
Manage source control, branching strategies, and code repositories (Git, GitHub, Azure Repos).
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to continuously improve system performance and stability.
Support containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4–6 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably in an Azure environment.
Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps Services, YAML pipelines, and Azure Repos.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git workflows, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud governance within Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
