Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Executive to lead international business development and manage overseas client relationships for our Ayurvedic and nutraceutical product range. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export procedures, global market trends, and regulatory requirements related to health and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. International Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, pricing, and regional regulations.
  • Build strategic partnerships with distributors and channel partners globally.

2. Client Engagement & Sales

  • Manage communication and relationships with international clients and distributors.
  • Present product proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts.
  • Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and coordinate order processing through to dispatch.

3. Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute export marketing campaigns tailored to regional and cultural preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and digital content suitable for various markets.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and online promotional events.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Logistics

  • Ensure compliance with all international trade laws, customs procedures, and health product regulations.
  • Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
  • Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and customs teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track export sales performance, profitability, and market growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend strategy adjustments based on performance metrics and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in international business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum [5] years of experience in export sales, preferably in Ayurvedic, nutraceutical, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, and global trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹41,000.00 per month
