We are looking for candidates with 5+ years experience in the IT Industry and strong AWS skills. Additionally, candidates should have solid knowledge of:
  • SQL
  • Splunk
  • APM tools (AppDynamics and Datadog preferred)
  • DevOps tools
Primarily looking for a Cloud Support team, with a preference for candidates who have developer-level skills. The team will start with L1 support, gradually moving to L2, and eventually taking on L3 work in the long term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, safe, and reliable code deployment.
  • AWS infrastructure administration and management (VPC, EC2, S3, ELB, EBS, Route53, ASM etc).
  • Kubernetes Cluster Management including creating new kops clusters & building / deploying Secrets,configs and Docker based Containerized MicroServices etc.
  • Monitoring & Alerting on the Infrastructure resources and application availability using APM & other monitoring tools
  • Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Automate routine tasks and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
  • Manage containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
  • Ensure security best practices across the infrastructure and during application deployment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
