Job Description

We are looking for candidates with 5+ years experience in the IT Industry and strong AWS skills. Additionally, candidates should have solid knowledge of:

SQL
Splunk
APM tools (AppDynamics and Datadog preferred)
DevOps tools

Primarily looking for a Cloud Support team, with a preference for candidates who have developer-level skills. The team will start with L1 support, gradually moving to L2, and eventually taking on L3 work in the long term.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, safe, and reliable code deployment.
AWS infrastructure administration and management (VPC, EC2, S3, ELB, EBS, Route53, ASM etc).
Kubernetes Cluster Management including creating new kops clusters & building / deploying Secrets,configs and Docker based Containerized MicroServices etc.
Monitoring & Alerting on the Infrastructure resources and application availability using APM & other monitoring tools
Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
Automate routine tasks and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
Manage containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Ensure security best practices across the infrastructure and during application deployment.
