Description
As a Cloud Computing Administrator at our company, your primary responsibility will be to provide administration for cloud computing platforms, networks, and systems while ensuring a great customer experience. You will act as an escalation point for providing technical support to customers over chat, phone, and support tickets. Your role will involve responding to the global support ticket queues, resolving technical issues, and maintaining customer loyalty by exceeding their expectations. It is crucial to adhere to company security policies, procedures, and relevant standards. Your career level requires a working knowledge and skills to perform analytical scientific or operational processes within your area of expertise. You will work with a moderate degree of supervision, leveraging standard operating procedures and scientific methods to complete assigned tasks effectively. Key responsibilities include resolving or escalating level-appropriate technical issues for customers via phone and ticketing, securing and administering customer technical issues, troubleshooting monitoring alerts, and acting as an escalation point for techs both inside and outside the team. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Consultants to build strong customer relationships and provide a Fanatical Experience to customers. To excel in this role, you should have 4-6 years of Cloud or System Operations Administration experience in a client-centric ticket queue environment. You must be self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve technical and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure are essential. You should be able to work effectively both as part of a team and individually, adapt to changing business and technology requirements, and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
