Role Overview :

sales-driven Senior Manager Business Development

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Growth & Revenue :

  • Own revenue targets and exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute aggressive go-to-market sales strategies to drive adoption of the

    Channel Loyalty platform

    .
  • Consistently close

    large enterprise deals

    and ensure account growth.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition :

  • Identify and connect with decision-makers (CMOs, Sales Heads, Channel Heads).
  • Generate and qualify leads through

    networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events

    .
  • Build and maintain a strong

    sales pipeline

    in CRM.

End-to-End Sales Cycle :

  • Deliver compelling

    product pitches and SaaS demonstrations

    .
  • Understand client pain points, position tailored loyalty solutions, and present strong ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts and lead enterprise deal closures.

Client Relationship & Account Management :

  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate internally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver seamless onboarding and solution adoption.

Market Strategy & Leadership :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities in

    channel loyalty & incentive automation

    .
  • Mentor junior team members (if assigned) and contribute to overall sales growth strategy.

Requirements :

  • 4–16 years of B2B enterprise sales experience

    , preferably in SaaS, loyalty, or incentive automation solutions.
  • Proven track record of

    achieving and exceeding sales targets

    .
  • Strong experience in

    enterprise-level CXO engagement and consultative selling

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and solution-driven mindset.
