Job Description

Role Overview Our client ( one of India's first digital brokerage platform servicing a footprint for enterprise clients pan India) is hiring a Senior Manager/AVP to lead office real estate transactions for B2B occupier clients in the Gurgaon/NCR market. You will play a key role in assessing client requirements, leading client interactions, nurturing teams, and driving business goals. This role involves managing the end-to-end leasing lifecycle—market analysis, client advisory, financial modeling, negotiations, and deal closure—while aligning real estate solutions with client business and workplace strategies. Key Responsibilities Assess client requirements, initiate and maintain client interaction, and participate in proposal discussions. Lead office leasing transactions including acquisitions, renewals, and exits across Gurgaon/NCR. Advise occupier clients on real estate strategy, space planning, and cost optimization. Develop market intelligence reports, financial models, and deal recommendations. Ensure optimum client service delivery and engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-ups, and accurate, timely submission of company proposals. Negotiate lease terms with landlords and developers to secure favorable outcomes. Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders /teams (Legal, Finance, Design, PMO) to ensure smooth execution. Oversee governance during the execution phase for customers.. Strategize work for quality and timely delivery. Align client objectives with business leads for smooth coordination and timely submission. Revenue Growth & Business Development: Support account growth by identifying transaction opportunities within existing office portfolios, contributing to revenue targets and expanding service lines where appropriate. Required Experience & Qualifications Agile and flexible approach to responsibilities with a startup mindset & a proactive attitude. Self-starter, confident, collaborative, with the ability to multitask and work in a team. Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios. 6–10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on office leasing. Strong exposure to Gurgaon’s real estate market and client-side transactions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Excel-based financial modeling and transaction documentation. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MRICS preferred.
