AVP Transactions (CRE)

The Senior Manager/AVP position at our client, one of India's leading digital brokerage platforms catering to enterprise clients nationwide, entails overseeing office real estate transactions for B2B occupier clients in the Gurgaon/NCR market. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, leading client interactions, nurturing teams, and driving business objectives. Your duties will encompass managing the complete leasing lifecycle, including market analysis, client advisory, financial modeling, negotiations, and deal closures, while ensuring real estate solutions align with client business strategies. Your responsibilities will include assessing client requirements, initiating and maintaining client interactions, and participating in proposal discussions. You will lead office leasing transactions, advise occupier clients on real estate strategies, space planning, and cost optimization, and develop market intelligence reports, financial models, and deal recommendations. Additionally, you will negotiate lease terms with landlords, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, oversee governance during execution, and strategize for quality and timely delivery. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate an agile and flexible approach, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team. Requirements for this position include 6-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in office leasing, a strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market, excellent negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA or MRICS preferred).
