Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, for the position of AVP Sales at Vrinsoft Technology Pvt. Ltd. The role involves driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing sales operations, meeting revenue targets, and identifying business development opportunities. The AVP Sales will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, oversee the sales lifecycle, and ensure client satisfaction while pursuing company growth objectives.

Experience : 10+ Years,

Proven experience of working with IT Service Company,

Proven experience of leading BDM.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
• Strong skills in Account Management and building client relationships
• Extensive experience in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on results and revenue growth
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics is advantageous
• Previous experience in the technology or IT consulting sector is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
